If Your Food Was Music, What Would It Sound Like?
That's the question Chef Anthony asks before he plans anything.
Every plate he's ever built has a sound in his head, a tempo, a weight, a voice. Sound of Food, Taste of Music is what happens when he stops keeping that to himself and puts the music in the room with the food.
It starts with a conversation, not a menu. Chef sits down with you or with the artist the night is built around to find the songs that carry something. From those he composes: three courses, each one built to a single song, and each one served while that song is performed live at your table.
Not a playlist. Real singers, a few feet from where you're sitting.
The song calls. The course answers.

THE SIT-DOWN
Before anything is planned, Chef sits with you. He isn't asking for a favorites list, He's after sound's. the three songs that carry something, that create memories. The one from the wedding. The one from the drive home. The one that was playing the first time it all made sense.

THE COMPOSITION
Chef Anthony builds a course to each song. Tempo, weight, temperature. What's on the plate? How much of it? every decision answers what that song is doing and how they pair simultaneously.

The Dinner. Elevated, tailored to your audience, beautiful and full of love from our team. course's come out while the song is performed live at the table. You hear it and taste it in the same moment, which is the entire point neither one lands the same way alone.
When the Art belong to the guest.
A private table brings their own songs. An artist brings a catalog and everything scales to meet it.
The sit-down goes deeper, because the material is a body of work rather than a record collection. The menu is composed entirely from their own projects. The performers cover their catalog while the courses come out. And the room stops being a dining room. lighting, sound, staging, and a crew documenting the night from the first prep call to the last plate.
We've already built one. A guest artist whose records people know by heart, a menu drawn from their own work, and a full production in the room for all of it.
That night became the pilot episode of Sound of Food, Taste of Music.

The First Part that stays
A dinner ends. A performance ends. Everything about Sound of Food, Taste of Music has been temporary by design. You taste it, you hear it, and then it belongs only to the people who were in the room.
The mural is the first part that doesn't end.
Painted by Mr. Soul on the wall at Atlanta Breakfast Club, it puts the whole thing on a building in downtown Atlanta. tThe vision, the story, the sound and taste, standing still long enough for everyone else to see it.
